Heartland Home Care is searching for fulltime & per diem qualified Physical Therapists who enjoy providing excellent care, to join our teams covering West Branch and surrounding communities. 100% travel necessary on a daily basis. At least one year or more work experience in physical therapy in a multidisciplinary setting is preferred.
Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodology of physical therapy appropriate for terminally ill patients.
Excellent communication skills, and ability to develop and maintain rapport with clients and families.
